Eat hawaiian pizza, help hawaiian Residents
In August of 2023, Maui was hit by unprecedented, destroying entire communities with Lahaina receiving the worst of the damage. Slice Out Hunger was able to mobilize pizzerias and individuals nationwide to help make sure people didn’t need to worry about their next meal, could stay safe, and work to rebuild.
With the help of 67 pizzerias who donated 15% or more of their August & September Hawaiian pizza specials plus some AMAZING individual donors, we were able to raise $49.1k. 100% of the funds raised went to three organizations who provided direct relief work for Hawaiian residents impacted by the wildfires:
