Our Spring 2021 class was a huge success! Jonathan Goldsmith of Spacca Napoli in Chicago led a virtual demonstration on classic techniques for making authentic Pizza Napoletana. The class includes techniques for mixing dough by hand, preparing fresh tomato sauce, and proper dough manipulation — all from the kitchen of his acclaimed pizzeria!
