The Iowan BBQ Pizza

Ingredients:

10 oz dough ball

3 oz BBQ sauce

6-7 pieces Canadian bacon (cooked & roughly chopped)

3 oz pulled pork (cooked & shredded)

1/4 cup corn (pre-cooked)

1 cup mozzarella (shredded)

1/2 cup bacon (cooked & roughly chopped)


Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 500°F

  2. Stretch dough into a 14” pizza

  3. Evenly sprinkle on shredded mozzarella

  4. Evenly distribute pre-cooked pulled pork, bacon, and Canadian bacon on top of the cheese

  5. Evenly sprinkle corn on top of the meat

  6. Bake at 500°F for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown

  7. Top with BBQ sauce in a lattice or striped pattern
